“I am pleased to announce my commitment to play soccer with Sierra College. It has been my dream since I was young to play at Sierra, watching my cousin and role model excel in her role on the field. I want to thank Todd DeCarlo, BJ Glass, and Ron Benjamin for helping me in my soccer career – molding me into a better player, teammate, and person. I also want to thank my amazing goalie trainer, Bashar Alsakati, who helped me become a confident player and prides herself on the uniqueness of her position as a goalkeeper. 

My experience at Placer United has been nothing but accepting and wonderful, and I have grown significantly as a player while consistently competing at a high level. I want to thank my older cousins for being my role models and sparking my passion for playing. Finally, I want to thank my parents for supporting me through every aspect of my career thus far: always acknowledging my triumphs and helping me through my struggles.

SOU is a truly wonderful school, and I’m so elated to be taking the next step in my soccer career. I’d like first to thank my family. They’re always by my side, supporting me through my development.
