Program Highlights

Other Clubs in the area offer various programs within the same age groups. In general, these programs either include volunteer coaching during games and training the players during practices or include volunteer parents coaching during games with paid trainers advising and assisting during practices. The combination of the New Placer United and these other programs allow us to accommodate all levels of play for all ages in Placer County. For more details on the various local programs in the Placer Youth Soccer League, please click on their respective link:

Placer United supports all PYSL clubs. Many of our families have sons and/or daughters in multiple clubs. We thank the many volunteers who spend countless hours providing soccer options for the children of our community. All clubs provide great alternatives while targeting different levels of skill and demanding different levels of commitment both financially and in time. Placer United is sensitive to the various price-points that families can afford. While we know Placer United is more expensive than the other PYSL clubs due to paid coaches, more training, committed futsal, dedicated facilities, and out-of-town tournaments – we are also committed to fundraisers to help families lower the cost of competitive soccer. This might include giving priority to our older players to be paid referees, securing advertising at our futsal facility or hosting events such as our annual auction with the net proceeds going directly toward our financial aid program.
